Welcome to Launchwood ("Launchwood," "we," "our," or "us"). Launchwood is a decentralized auction-based token launch platform designed to enable users to create, participate in, and discover blockchain-native token launches through non-custodial smart contracts.

This Privacy Policy explains how Launchwood collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses information when you access or use our website, decentralized application ("dApp"), APIs, smart contracts, waitlist, referral system, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Platform").

Because Launchwood operates within a decentralized blockchain ecosystem, much of the information associated with your activity is inherently public and permanently recorded on distributed ledgers. Unlike traditional web applications, blockchain transactions cannot generally be modified, deleted, or reversed once confirmed on the applicable network.

By accessing, browsing, connecting a digital wallet to, interacting with, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any portion of this Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

This Privacy Policy applies solely to Launchwood-operated services and does not govern third-party websites, decentralized applications, blockchain networks, wallets, protocols, or services that may be accessible through or integrated with the Platform.

"Platform" means the Launchwood website, decentralized application, frontend interface, APIs, referral system, waitlist, smart contract interfaces, and all related services operated by Launchwood.

"Wallet" means a blockchain wallet or wallet software that enables you to interact with blockchain networks, including but not limited to MetaMask, Rabby, WalletConnect-compatible wallets, hardware wallets, or similar technologies.

"Blockchain Data" means publicly available information permanently recorded on blockchain networks, including wallet addresses, transaction hashes, smart contract interactions, balances, token ownership, timestamps, and any other publicly observable ledger information.

"Project Metadata" means any information voluntarily submitted by users when creating or managing token launches, including project names, token symbols, logos, descriptions, social links, websites, documentation, images, and similar content.

"Personal Information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual under applicable privacy laws.

"Third-Party Services" means any external infrastructure, software, blockchain network, wallet provider, analytics provider, RPC provider, IPFS service, cloud provider, or other service not owned or operated by Launchwood.

3. Information We Collect

Launchwood is designed as a privacy-conscious, non-custodial platform. We intentionally minimize the amount of personal information collected while providing the functionality necessary to operate the Platform.

Depending on how you interact with the Platform, we may collect the following categories of information.

3.1 Wallet Information

When you connect a blockchain wallet to the Platform, we may access and process your publicly available wallet address together with associated blockchain information required to provide Platform functionality.

This may include, without limitation:

• Public wallet addresses
• Blockchain network identifiers
• Token balances

• Smart contract interactions
• Auction participation
• Token ownership
• Liquidity positions
• Public ENS or similar blockchain naming records

Your wallet address is public blockchain information and is not considered confidential by the underlying blockchain network.

If you create or manage a launch through Launchwood, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to:

• Token symbol
• Project description
• Logo or graphical assets
• Website links
• Social media profiles
• Whitepapers

This information may be publicly displayed to all Platform users and indexed by external services.

3.3 Waitlist & Referral Information

If you voluntarily join the Launchwood waitlist or participate in referral programs, we may collect information such as:

• Waitlist status

Participation in referral programs is voluntary.

3.4 Technical & Usage Information

• Wallet passwords
• Hardware wallet PINs
• Authentication credentials for third-party wallet providers
• Biometric authentication information
• Bank account credentials
• Credit or debit card information
• Cryptocurrency held within your wallet
• Private blockchain transactions that are not publicly accessible

Launchwood never takes custody of your digital assets. All blockchain transactions are initiated, signed, and authorized directly by your wallet software. We cannot access, control, recover, reverse, or modify transactions or assets stored within your wallet.

You should never share your private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, or other sensitive wallet credentials with anyone, including individuals claiming to represent Launchwood. Launchwood personnel will never request this information under any circumstances.

5. How We Use Information

Launchwood processes information solely for legitimate operational, security, legal, and administrative purposes necessary to provide and improve the Platform. We do not sell your personal information or use your information for unrelated commercial purposes.

Depending on your interaction with the Platform, we may use collected information for the following purposes:

5.1 Platform Operations

• Enabling wallet connectivity.

Launchwood uses publicly available blockchain information to facilitate interactions between users and decentralized smart contracts.

• Displaying graduated liquidity pools.
• Indexing blockchain events for frontend functionality.

Launchwood does not initiate blockchain transactions on your behalf. Every blockchain transaction requires authorization directly from your connected wallet.

We may use information to protect the Platform, our users, and the broader ecosystem by:

• Preventing abuse of referral programs.

6. Blockchain Transparency & Public Information

Launchwood operates within decentralized blockchain networks where many forms of information are inherently public by design.

Whenever you interact with blockchain networks through the Platform, you acknowledge and understand that information associated with your transaction may become permanently available on a public distributed ledger.

This may include, without limitation:

• Wallet addresses.
• Transaction hashes.
• Token transfers.
• Auction participation.
• Liquidity positions.
• Token ownership.
• Smart contract interactions.
• Blockchain timestamps.
• Network identifiers.

Unlike traditional databases, blockchain records generally cannot be modified, deleted, hidden, corrected, or erased after confirmation.

Even if Launchwood removes content from its frontend or deletes certain off-chain information, blockchain records will continue to exist independently on the applicable blockchain network and may remain accessible through blockchain explorers, nodes, indexers, archives, or third-party services indefinitely.

Users should carefully consider the permanent nature of blockchain transactions before interacting with the Platform.

Launchwood has no ability to alter, censor, reverse, or remove information recorded on public blockchain networks.

7. Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics

Launchwood may use cookies, browser storage technologies, and similar mechanisms to improve the usability, security, and performance of the Platform.

These technologies may include:

When you interact with the Platform, certain information—including your public wallet address, transaction requests, IP address (where applicable), browser metadata, or project metadata—may be transmitted directly to these third-party services as necessary to provide Platform functionality.

These third parties operate independently of Launchwood and maintain their own privacy policies, terms, and security practices. Launchwood does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, availability, content, security, or practices of any third-party service.

The inclusion or integration of any third-party service does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, partnership, guarantee, or representation by Launchwood.

If a third-party service experiences downtime, data loss, outages, delays, security incidents, or operational failures, Launchwood shall not be responsible for any resulting interruption, loss, or damages arising from such events.

9.1 Public Blockchain Networks

Information submitted through blockchain transactions is permanently recorded on public blockchain networks.

This information may be publicly accessible to anyone and may be indexed by blockchain explorers, analytics providers, search engines, indexers, and other third-party services beyond Launchwood's control.

Launchwood cannot prevent, modify, remove, or restrict access to publicly available blockchain information.

9.2 Infrastructure Providers

We may share limited information with infrastructure providers that support Platform operations, including but not limited to:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Content delivery networks (CDNs)
• Database providers
• Analytics providers

10.1 Blockchain Data

Blockchain data is immutable by design.

Transactions recorded on public blockchain networks cannot generally be deleted, modified, or removed by Launchwood.

Wallet addresses, transaction history, token ownership, auction participation, and other blockchain records may remain publicly accessible indefinitely.

10.2 Off-Chain Information

Off-chain information, including project metadata, waitlist registrations, referral records, analytics data, support communications, and operational logs, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Maintain Platform functionality.
• Provide historical launch information.
• Prevent fraud and abuse.
• Resolve disputes.
• Investigate security incidents.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• Improve Platform performance.

10.3 User Requests

Where permitted by applicable law, users may request deletion or correction of certain off-chain information.

However, Launchwood cannot delete or alter blockchain data that has already been permanently recorded on public blockchain networks.

Certain information may also be retained where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, detect fraud, or enforce our agreements.

11. International Users

Launchwood is a decentralized platform that may be accessed by users from multiple jurisdictions around the world.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that information may be processed, stored, transmitted, or accessed in countries other than your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Launchwood takes the security of its Platform and supporting infrastructure seriously and implements commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information under our control.

Accordingly, Launchwood cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data breaches, cyberattacks, software vulnerabilities, smart contract exploits, blockchain failures, or other security incidents will never occur.

Users remain solely responsible for maintaining the security of their wallets, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, devices, and any other credentials used to access blockchain networks.

Launchwood will never request your private keys, recovery phrases, wallet passwords, or other sensitive wallet credentials.

If you believe your wallet or account has been compromised, you should immediately secure your wallet and discontinue use of the affected credentials.

In the event Launchwood becomes aware of a material security incident affecting information under our control, we may notify affected users where reasonably practicable and where required by applicable law.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding the personal information that Launchwood processes.

Subject to applicable legal requirements and technical limitations, these rights may include the ability to:

Because Launchwood operates on decentralized blockchain networks, certain information—including wallet addresses, transaction history, smart contract interactions, and blockchain records—is permanently stored on public distributed ledgers and cannot be modified, deleted, restricted, or erased by Launchwood.

Accordingly, some privacy rights may apply only to information maintained within Launchwood's off-chain infrastructure.

Launchwood reserves the right to deny requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, fraudulent, technically infeasible, prohibited by law, or that would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

14. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended solely for individuals who have reached the age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction and, in any event, is not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.

Launchwood does not knowingly collect personal information from children or knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.

If we become aware that personal information has been collected from an individual under the applicable legal age without appropriate authorization, we may take reasonable steps to delete such information from our off-chain systems where feasible.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to Launchwood may contact us using the information provided in this Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as creating an obligation for Launchwood to independently verify the age or identity of users beyond what is required by applicable law.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy
